Banana Park is led by four Partners and between them they manage all client relationships and work programmes. They are supported by specialists who work on specific projects as required and a network of eminent advisors and mentors. This model allows us to flex our resources in line with the needs of our clients, and at the same time deliver cost efficient services to them.

Carol is Managing Director of RDL and has worked with us periodically since her days as a Senior Consultant at the PA Consulting Group over twenty years ago and now as an integral part of our Partnership. She not only brings her own expertise to our work but also leadership of our accredited team of occupational psychologists. |
