Raine has 25 years experience of running a business.  She brings this business and project management capability to bear on the running of Banana Park and the management of large and complex client assignments.  The three other Partners can therefore concentrate on their consultancy services while Raine focuses on the smooth running of both the business and major client projects.  For clients, this means they can be sure of the financial stability of Banana Park and its effective governance.

Background

Raine was Managing Director of Traffic Production Ltd from 1984 until she merged it with Banana Park. Traffic provided design, printing and fulfilment services primarily to recruitment and advertising agencies, with a particular emphasis on complex communication projects.
 
Consultancy assignments

Raine provides support for all Banana Park consultancy assignments, and has most recently project managed large scale performance development programmes for Hampshire Community Healthcare, including delegate communications and management.
