Carol has more than 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Business Consultant, involved in the design and implementation of bespoke solutions to address strategic organisational development and human resource challenges. She has worked extensively in both the public and private sector, and has built long-standing and valued relationships with her clients. She brings extensive experience in large-scale project management and partnership-working. Carol specialises in systematic, fair and objective assessment processes to identify potential, assess and develop leadership talent. She is an executive and team coach and has co-designed a range of innovative development programmes as a catalyst for cultural change.
