Our experience has been that traditional “customer service training” does not produce sustainable improvements in either the experience of the customer or the staff. Talent Management
Both HR specialists and the Top Team play vital roles in the Talent Management process. In practice, however, the most important people are the line managers within the heart of the organisation. They are often both the talent itself and responsible for the talent in their teams. Our approach is therefore about engaging these groups in the process so that they own and deliver it.
