Working in Partnership with Key Accounts      NEW
 
Key Account Management - or working as a supplier in partnership with your most important distributors - requires a mix of challenging processes and behaviours for any marketing and sales team.
 
What is often overlooked is that you need to work brilliantly together internally between your various functions, before you can ever expect to work brilliantly together externally with your Partners.
 
This has led us to develop an approach to partnership working that integrates internal and external development activity into a single programme. This enables solutions and performance improvement to be delivered quickly and in turn provides reinforcement and acceleration for change and further progress.

Partnership in the Far East

An unusual assignment helping a Joint Venture in the Oil Industry to develop effective working practices and behaviours with several nationalities and different companies - each with their own goals and values - making up the partnership.

This put our partnering methodology to the severest test yet and delivered measurable improvements to the effectiveness of the group.

Developing a premium consumer brand

We have worked with the Board of this leading, premium brand of domestic products for over five years now and have helped in the development of the Board itself, its vision and the brand.

This has given us the opportunity to combine our expertise in the fields of customer experience and performance assessment and development to help reposition the brand and align its people to the customer.  Still work in progress but well on the way.

Working with the NHS

Banana Park have made an increasing contribution to the change agenda in the NHS over the last couple of years with assignments in a number of Acute Trusts, Foundation Trusts, Primary Care Trusts, Strategic Health Authorities, a Healthcare Workforce Deanery and the Department of Health.

Our work has varied from strategic change management, to customer and staff experience programmes, through assessment and recruitment and into large scale leadership development programmes from the Boardroom to the front line - the Whole Banana!

Coaching and Mentoring

A large proportion of our assignments contain an element of coaching and mentoring - indeed some are just that, and nothing else.  Often with Chief Executives and other Directors, but sometimes amongst emerging talent in the middle and senior management population.

We believe that working one-to-one with people is an essential part of personal development and can achieve so much more, for so little investment of time and money.  Making a difference for individuals is something we both enjoy, and take pride in.
